【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodformeasuringtheburstingstrengthofpapersubmittedtoincreasinghydraulicpressure.Itisapplicabletopaperhavingburstingstrengthswithintherange70kPato1400kPa.Itisnotintendedtobeusedforthecomponents(suchasflutingmediumorlinerboard)ofacombinedboard,forwhichthemethodgiveninISO2759ismoresuitable.Intheabsenceofanycommercialagreementastowhichmethodshouldbeusedfortestingthematerial,materialswithburstingstrengthsbelow600kPashouldbetestedaccordingtothisInternationalStandard.

【摘要】:Thepresentdocumentdescribesatestmethodformeasuringtwoquantitiesrepresentativeoftheintrinsiccharacteristicsoftrafficnoisereducingdevices:thereflectionindexforsoundreflectionandthesoundinsulationindexforairbornesoundinsulation.Thetestmethodisintendedforthefollowingapplications:—determinationoftheintrinsiccharacteristicsofsoundreflectionandairbornesoundinsulationofnoisereducingdevicestobeinstalledalongroads,tobemeasuredeitherinsituorinlaboratoryconditions;—determinationoftheinsituintrinsiccharacteristicsofsoundreflectionandairbornesoundinsulationofnoisereducingdevicesinactualuse;—comparisonofdesignspecificationswithactualperformancedataafterthecompletionoftheconstructionwork;—verificationofthelongtermperformanceofnoisereducingdevices(witharepeatedapplicationofthemethod).Thetestmethodcanbeappliedbothinsituandonbarrierspurposelybuilttobetestedusingthemethoddescribedhere.Inthesecondcasethesampleshallbebuiltasfollows(seeFigure1):—apart,composedofacousticelements,thatextends4mandis4mhigh;—apost4mhigh(ifapplicableforthespecificnoisereducingdeviceundertest);—apart,composedofacousticelements,thatextendsatleast2mandis4mhigh;NOTEForqualifyingthereflectionindexonly,itisonlynecessarytohaveacousticelementsthatextend4mormore.NOTEForqualifyingthesoundinsulationindexofpostsonly,itisonlynecessarytohaveacousticelementsthatextend2mormoreoneithersideofthepost(seeFigure1).Resultsareexpressedasafunctionoffrequency,inone-thirdoctavebandsbetween100Hzand5kHz.Ifitisnotpossibletogetvalidmeasurementsresultsoverthewholefrequencyrangeindicated,theresultsshallbegivenintherestrictedfrequencyrangeandthereasonsoftherestriction(s)shallbeclearlyreported.
