【摘要】:ThisPartofEN351establishesaclassificationofpreservative-treatedwoodintermsofpreservativepenetrationandgivesguidanceonaclassificationofretention.Theseshouldbeusedasabasisforspecifyingpreservativetreatmentsforparticularproducts.ThisPartofEN351includesclausesonfactoryproductioncontrolandmarking.ThisPartofEN351isapplicabletotheproductionofpreservative-treatedsolidwood,includinggluedlaminatedtimber,suitableforuseinthoseserviceconditionsdefinedbythehazardclassesinEN335-1.Itdoesnotapplytoanysubsequentexaminationoftreatedwoodinservice.ThisPartofEN351isapplicabletotheprotectionofwoodagainstattackbywood-destroyingandwood-disfiguringfungi,insectsandmarineorganisms.ThisPartofEN351doesnotconsiderthoseotherpropertiesoftreatedwood,forexampleodour,corrosivityandcompatibilitywithothermaterials.Nordoesitconsideranypropertiesfromthehealth,safetyandenvironmentalpointofview.ThisPartofEN351doesnotapplytowoodtobetreatedwithformulations,whichareappliedtotimberinservicetoeliminateorcontrolanexistingfungalorinsectinfestation,orthepreventionofattackbysapstainfungi,orinsectsingreentimber.
