【摘要】:Differentialscanningcalorimetryprovidesarapidtestmethodfordeterminingchangesinspecificheatcapacityinahomogeneousmaterial.Theglasstransitionismanifestedasastepchangeinspecificheatcapacity.Foramorphousandsemicrystallinematerialsthedeterminationoftheglasstransitiontemperaturemayleadtoimportantinformationabouttheirthermalhistory,processingconditions,stability,progressofchemicalreactions,andmechanicalandelectricalbehavior.Thistestmethodisusefulforresearch,qualitycontrol,andspecificationacceptance.1.1Thistestmethodcoverstheassignmentoftheglasstransitiontemperaturesofmaterialsusingdifferentialscanningcalorimetryordifferentialthermalanalysis.1.2Thistestmethodisapplicabletoamorphousmaterialsortopartiallycrystallinematerialscontainingamorphousregions,thatarestableanddonotundergodecompositionorsublimationintheglasstransitionregion.1.3Thenormaloperatingtemperaturerangeisfrom-120to500176;C.Thetemperaturerangemaybeextended,dependingupontheinstrumentationused.1.4Computerorelectronic-basedinstruments,techniques,ordatatreatmentequivalenttothistestmethodmayalsobeused.Note18212;Usersofthistestmethodareexpresslyadvisedthatallsuchinstrumentsortechniquesmaynotbeequivalent.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtodeterminethenecessaryequivalencypriortouse.1.5SIunitsarethestandard.1.6ISOstandards11357-2isequivalenttothisstandard.1.7Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
