适用范围
本标准适用于饮用水及废水中铵的测定。采用10ml试份,可测定试份中铵氮含量高达10mg,相当于样品浓度高达1000mg/L。最低检出浓度:使用250ml试份,实际测定的(自由度为4)最低检出浓度为含氮0.2mg/L。灵敏度:使用100ml试份1.0ml 0.02mol/L的盐酸相当于含氮2.8mg/L。干扰:尿素可能是主要干扰,它在规定条件下以氨馏出,从而引起结果偏高,挥发性胺类也引起干扰,他们会被馏出并在滴定时与酸反应,因而使结果偏高。氯化样品中存在的氯胺亦会以这种方式被测定。

【摘要】:Thispracticeshouldbeusedonlytocomparespecimensofthesamematerialandsamegeneralappearance.Forexample,aseriesofspecimenstobecomparedshouldhavegenerallysimilargloss,texture,and(ifnotopaque)thickness,andtranslucency.Foryellownessmeasurement,thispracticeislimitedtospecimenshavingdominantwavelengthintherange570to580nm,orMunsellhueapproximately2.5GYto2.5Y.Forwhitenessmeasurement,thispracticeislimitedtospecimenshavingMunsellvaluegreaterthan8.3(CIEYgreaterthan65)andMunsellchromanogreaterthan0.5forBhues,0.8forYhues,and0.3forallotherhues(see3.3.1).Thecombinationofmeasurementandcalculationleadingtoindicesofyellownessorwhitenessisapsychophysicalprocess,thatis,theproceduresspecifiedaredesignedtoprovidenumberscorrelatingwithvisualestimatesmadeunderspecifiedtypicalobservingconditions.Becausevisualobservingconditionscanvarywidely,usersshouldcomparecalculatedindiceswithvisualestimatestoensureapplicability.SomestandardsaddressingthevisualestimationofcolorandcolordifferencearePracticesD1535,D1729,E1360,andE1541,andGuideE1499.Thispracticedoesnotcoverthepreparationofspecimens,aprocedurethatmayaffectsignificantlythequantitiesmeasured.Ingeneral,specimensshouldbepreparedandpresentedformeasurementinthemannerthatisstandardforthetestbeingperformed.Selectenoughspecimensorspecimenareastoprovideanaverageresultthatisrepresentativeofeachsampletobetested.SeePracticeE1345.1.1Thispracticeprovidesnumbersthatcorrelatewithvisualratingsofyellownessorwhitenessofwhiteandnear-whiteorcolorlessobject-colorspecimens,viewedindaylightbyanobserverwithnormalcolorvision.Whitetextiles,paints,andplasticsareafewofthematerialsthatcanbedescribedbytheindicesofyellownessorwhitenesscalculatedbythispractice.1.2Foracompleteanalysisofobjectcolors,byaspecifiedobserverandunderaspecifiedilluminant,useofthreeparametersisrequired.Fornear-whitespecimens,however,itisoftenusefultocalculatesingle-numberscalesofyellownessorwhiteness.Thispracticeprovidesrecommendedequationsforsuchscalesanddiscussestheirderivationsanduses,andlimitstotheirapplicability(seealsoRef(1)).1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
