【摘要】:ThispartofISO8262|IDF124specifiesthereferencemethodforthedeterminationofthefatcontentofinfantfoodstowhichtheRose-Gottliebmethodisnotapplicable[i.e.thosemilk-basedandothertypesofinfantfoodthatcontainmorethan5%(massfraction)(drymatter)ofstarchordextrin,orvegetable,fruit,meat,etc.].Themethodisalsoapplicableiftheproductcontainsfreefattyacidsinsignificantquantitiesorifhardlumpsthatdonotdissolvecompletelyinammoniaarepresentintheproduct.NOTEOthermilk-basedinfantfoodscanbeexaminedbythemethodutilizingtheRose-GottliebprinciplegiveninISO8381.Malto-dextrinswithouthighermoleculardextrins,whichareoftenpresentininfantfoods,donotdisturbtheRGextractionevenwhenpresentinhighpercentages.
